Due to the increase in industrialization an urbanization, there has been an increase in the demand of transport worldwide. This has also been coupled by a number of metropolitan cities. However, this has also resulted of increased negative activities that include increased natural gas emission. In regard to the increase in the emission of gases, 19 million natural gases are emitted in the operation. In the current world, much natural gases. In order to create a city that maintains an incredibly clean and livable way of life a highly effective waste management system needs to be implemented. This waste system needs to be able to handle rise in population, sudden increases in waste production and it must be able to all of this in the most sustainable way as to preserve the city and even give back to it. In this case, the city ensures that all the wastes are disposed properly. The city’s hygiene depends on the action and activities that are required for the management to its final disposal point. It also encompasses the regulation and the monitoring of waste together. The management of waste disposal depends on the kind of waste.
Ground level rubbish separation
The ground level of the waste management system is an initiative for people of the city to sort their rubbish themselves. There will be three waste bins at each home provided by the government each lined with one of three colored biodegradable bags, which will be readily available at all supermarkets and convenience stores. The green bags will be for food waste the white bags for plastic and the yellow bag for recyclables. With the sorting being done at home it saves a lot on cost of sorting and also can reduce the amount of wastage by almost 50% of what it is in most countries at the moment.

The rubbish collection will cater for the first 50,000 to 80,000 by having the collections split into sectors and then each sector will be serviced on its respective day of the week. Three garbage trucks will come on separate days for the separated rubbish as not to congest the streets. The aim as the city grows is to power these rubbish trucks using biogas harvested from the rubbish. All these regions will be served with a 180 liters wheelie bin that can hold a maximum of 2-3 large sized bags. The household are expected to remove all their garbage on a weekly basis for it to be collected. Unless an individual’s home is registered unsuitable for these bags, non-other bags will be placed on the streets.
Agricultural & Industrial
This waste will be organized based on the amount produced and what type of waste it is. The government will provide a paid service to pick up these types of wastes but will also give subsidies for the waste disposal depending of the sustainability of the farm of industry. Agricultural sectors that lead to increased economic status in the government have subsidized waste disposals to ensure that they6 run effectively. This helps in boosting the output by the industry and agriculture.
Farms that are farming animals must dehydrate the waste before disposal in order to save on travel costs and increase the effectiveness of energy production from the waste.
The government will provide an E-waste and white goods free pickup service for each sector once a year. All the e waste that was collected included products such as electrical materials. Households were required to reuse, reduce, and recycle these waste products. They were required to reduce the amount of electronic disposal through minimizing their consumption. Good maintenance of the products and smart procurement ensures that individuals reduce the amount of these wastes. Reusing these equipment’s require an individual to ensure that he sells the product after using it. Additionally, he may also decide to donate it to others. Recycling the product in case it is unrepairable makes it environmental friendly.
Sewage and wastewater
The sewage and wastewater will be treated in a wastewater treatment plant so it can be recycled and used again. The excess produced from the treatment plant will be dehydrated at the plant and sent to the incinerator to be disposed of and turned into energy.
The government also decided that it would set up a sewage and water-waste treatment firm. It is conveyed in a sanitary tower or in a combined sewer. In this case, all the sewerage products in the households are treated to ensure that they are reusable in the economy. The government subsidizes for the cost incurred by every sewerage treatment company since it aims at ensuring that individuals live a peaceful life. All waste waters are also directed to the treatment centers to ensure that they do not contaminate the rest of the population.
Water conservation is crucial to every member of the society. People should understand the need to conserve water because the lack of proper use of water would have adverse effects on individuals. There have been various ways of communicating the message about water conservation. It is, however, important to realize the impact of the message on the audience. Infographics are the recommended ways of passing the message to the community. It explains the message in a clear and precise manner. Infographics techniques use graphical designs that are captivating to the eyes of the audience (Taguchi & Ackerman, 2014). This memo will focus on the problem of water as a primary concern to the society and the use of Infographic’s rhetoric strategies to educate the community.
The water problem is common in different areas of the community; examples include industries, outdoors, agriculture, and households. The society does not want to agree that careless use of water affects them. People are very shy to point out the sources of water pollution; this is because of fear of the outcome of their actions. For instance, factories release waste to large water bodies like rivers; people do not want to address the situation; most of the people work in the factories, where they earn their source of living. Reporting such cases to the authorities would lead to the closure of the factories, hence the lack of employment (Turner, 2013).The lack of jobs would have a negative impact, but it becomes worse when the future generation does not get access to safe water.
People fail to solve the issue of water wastage in their homes. They leave their taps running without caring about the future challenge due to water loss. Children play with water taps; parents fail to question and teach the children about the importance of water (Wang, Rahbek, Sanders & Fang, 2016). Parents neglect their responsibility in teaching children that water conservation is crucial. They leave their parental responsibilities to teachers. It is everyone’s responsibility to make this world a better place to live.
Cutting down of trees is an issue that needs to be addressed. Trees are important water catchment areas. People cut down trees for timber and creating a settlement in a conserved area. The society does not provide efforts to stop cut down of trees because they do not know the need to preserve trees (Turner, 2013). Hence, it is our responsibility to spread the message about conservation using inforgraphicss.
The waste disposal
If everyone in my community utilized the same step of recycling their waste products for one week, a lot of garbage would be recycled in our area (Marker, Johnsen & Caswell, 2009). The exact number: 44, 950 * 3 = 134,850 BAGS of bottle waste would be recycled after every week. Among other garbage that would also be recycled by the company include paper materials, metals, and plastics.
Much trash would also be saved in a year, if Six Pack Recycling Company continued supporting and helping residents prevent filling their lands with the plastic, metal, and paper waste. The main purpose of this company is to come up with a mission that advocated for the purchase of recyclable materials only.
Considering that every year has 53 weeks, the total number of plastic wastes that are saved from polluting the environment add up to:

Due to the predicted growth in population a large incinerator will be installed to account for it. The incinerator will be able to handle a population of a million with no problem and will be able to incinerate up to 700 million tons of waste a year.
How it works
The incinerators burn municipal waste as a fuel source to produce a large amount of heat. This boils a large amount of water into steam, which then drives an electricity-generating turbine. The system is roughly 14 to 28% electrically efficient. But by using cogeneration systems that recycle the processed waste heat into hot water for homes, and the flue gas condensers, which recycle the fumes for biogas and also power over the transport system.
What’s more, it reduces the garbage’s mass by about 80 percent and its volume by about 90 percent, all while cooking contaminants and destroying toxins at high heat.

There has been an overall positive impact resulting from the created renewed resources from recycled items. The community members can reduce the primary stream of wastes that is likely to cause landfills. This has helped maintain the environment clean and fresh. Additionally, it has also created job employment opportunities for most individuals in the neighborhood. Six Pack Recycling Company has helped protect the environment from landfill pollution with plastic wastes and reduce the rate of energy consumption that would be used in processing new raw materials. The industrial wastes that would cause environmental pollution are recycled in the community (Hall, 2005). The rates of global warming reduce since these materials are burned in controlled rooms that have reduced the impact of environmental pollution. Natural resources are also conserved since the old products are recycled to form new and useful by-products. The process is cost effective since residents from California sell their wastes whereby they are paid per Kg. The recycling process is also cheaper, hence the end products. The process is therefore highly recommendable. From the previous calculations done, it is true to say that the recycling companies help greatly in reducing land fill-ups by plastic, paper, and metal wastes (Hall, 2005).
