Introduction

Coming up with the vision of an organization is usually considered as the initial steps in the action planning process of implementing career dreams of a person. The development process of vision, as well as mission statement of an institution’s in the planning purposes,  are usually considered as the most crucial in the course of ensuring the success of the initiative. Similarly, future business forms one of the greatest ideas that everyone ambitious usually have as he/she focus on moving ahead in life (Armstrong and Taylor 2014). Therefore, the idea of doing business in the future is often considered to be the best decision that one can make as his vision for him to prosper in life in relation to his or her career or profession. It is not always possible to makes the dreams of a person to happen due to various reasons in the environment where we operate. However, effort and commitment that a person put in place to promote or ensure he/she can achieve his goals/dreams in life matter a lot.

One of the most important dream projects in life and my career is coming up with a new health care organization in the society. The organization will not only meant for the purpose of provision of health care services but also carrying out research related to healthcare recommended activities and come up with the best products and drugs which can assist the healthcare provision in the society. As the owner of the idea and the entire organization, I will be involved in the organization development through various ways. First, I will be the one responsible for all the finance needed in the operational evolution of the health organization. The support of the workers in the organization will be fully at hand. Similarly, I will be involved in the development of organization through taking part in different research processes in the health organization to ensure the set visions and missions of the organization are achieved as outlined during the planning process. The project has different importance in the health care sector.

Through research, the project will ensure that improvement is made as required on the drugs for curing infections as mutations increases in the environment making the diseases causing parasites/organism to become resistant. Also, the project will improve the healthcare provision standards in the society through reducing congestions in the other healthcare providers’ institutions in the environment (Armstrong and Taylor 2014). This is a health care related project which is related to my nursing profession. The project, therefore, will assist in solving the medical problems and coming up with new treatment options for diseases through the research carried out in the process. This is recommended for future improvement in the health care process in the environment.

The real problem to solve

Today, there are various challenges which are experienced in the treatment process of different infections in the health care centers as result of the shortages of treatment equipment such as drugs and machines in the health sector. Some of the drugs designed for treating specific infections in the body have now become inactive and can no longer kill the diseases causing microorganisms due to mutations. The project, therefore, will come up will new ways and drugs of treating infections which the drugs used to cure them are no longer functioning as required. The projects will be able to develop a strategic vision for accomplishing my career goals. Other values of the project and essential include;

The project will come up will the best way to which the health care providers will be able to improve on their reputations within the organization to attract most clients (patients) as well as staffs which have the best qualification needed for adequate health care provision in the organization. Also, the project will come up with the best marketing principles as well as the application of the marketing principle in the health care sector specifically in the organization to be introduced. Lastly, the project will come up with the recommended leadership principles as well as strategies which best fit in the health care sector.

The highlighted values and importance of the project are based on the history of responses regarding the standards of health care provided to patients in the health care sector in the society. One of the major problems that are today experience in the medical industry is congestion, poor services and lack of alternatives drugs for treating most of the infections. Also, it is clearly that there are poor leadership practices in the health care sector in the environment. Poor marketing principles as well as has been identified to be a problem in the health care industry. Following this together with the present high rate of mutation in microorganism causing infections which increase their resistance to drugs the project is considered relevant and necessary.

Objectives of the project

The goals of the project are mainly based on solving the current problems which are experienced in the health care sector as well as improving the quality if the quality of services provided in some of the medical centers starting with the one to be established.

The first and the major objective of the health care project is to create a center where various medical research can be carried out for the purpose of coming out with best drugs to deal with the microorganisms which have undergone mutations and are now resistance to the drugs which were used initially to treat them.

The project aims at identifying the best marketing principles in the health care sector to ensure a good relationship between the medical providers and clients/patients exist as this will ensure adequate provision of medical assistance to the patients.

Also, the projects aim and coming up with specific sets standards of care in the healthcare sector and the leadership principles recommended for the efficient functioning of the health care process. One of the biggest problems experience in the medical industry mainly in the hospitals and clinics is the lack of real leadership to govern the entire health process and also to ensure the rights of the healthcare providers and the patients are well addressed. Therefore the project will identify and recommended the best leadership strategies trough giving an example via the practice in the organization to be created.

Another objective of the research is to come up with research centers which can assist in promoting educations programs in the society which are nursing related. The organization will form research centers for the students who are interested in doing research regarding nursing and medicine in the society. The implementation of the project will assist me to develop my career and achieve my financial dreams as the research, and the findings regarding the drugs to be discovered for curing infection are of great financial value.

The project Scope and target groups

There are various activities in the project which must be achieved to ensure effective deliverance of the health care project as required. Some of the actions include identification if the location of the organization, getting necessary financial resources for purchasing the research equipment within the organization, hiring of a qualified healthcare professional as well as coming up with the best leadership system within the organization to be launch.

Processes involved in the project implementation.

One of the processes participating in the project is the identification process of whether the project will be able to improve the quality of services and care in the health care sector. Similarly, it is also identified whether the project will promote the implementation in the clinics, health research or both.

Another process is the backwardness of what is expected to be achieved for the purpose of determining the broadness level of the scope to be utilized and how the goals will be met.

The demonstration of the feasibility of the change in the health care system the improvement of the knowledge passed by the patients through integration of decision aids into patients cares and support decision-making process through education development. Also, this can be achieved through addressing different conflict-related decisions for the purpose of enhancing the strength of the clinicians to provide the decision support system.

The groups used in the project are classified according to their age and professionalism. First, those who were involved in the project were the nursing/medicine professionals. The students who are currently taking their studies are included in the in the research to expose them to the nursing field and allow them to gain the necessary skills relevant for their practical studies. The project will allow the qualified nursing professionals to share their experience with the students are still studying.

The major planned limitation is the lack of enough resources to fund the organization forming the research center to be created. Similarly, finding and hiring of the nursing professionals cost is likely to be a problem in the creation of the organization project to assist in promoting health care research and education in the society.

The organization strategic alignment

The primary organization objective is to boost different research which is carried out in the healthcare sector as well as provide quality health services to patients in the environment. The research which is conducted within the organization forms the source of drugs which will be able to destroy the microorganisms which develop resistance over time after prolonged treatment by same drugs due to mutations.

In the health system, the organization will be classified in both healthcare services provider as well as a research center where different research experiments are carried out by either already qualified medics and the students taking nursing in the society for the purpose of improving their practical skills. The organization is a healthcare center where treatment of infections occurs as well as research of coming up with new medicinal drugs occurs.

Some of the major group of individuals which the firm interact with, in the environment are mainly the patients, the healthcare practitioners, nursing students and all the healthcare qualified professionals who are still interested in carrying the research. For the organization to operate efficiently, the firm is required to have partners who are dealing with similar activities the organization. One advantage that the organization will be able to realize as result of having partners is the ability to acquire adequate capital for purchasing the research and health care provision equipment within the organization. Capital may be the greatest challenge that the organization may face as it makes attempts to improve the quality of the health care in the society.

The primary competitors to the firm are organizations which provide medical services to people in the environment as well as different pharmacies where drugs are being manufactured. Since the project aims at coming out with a drug which the pathogens which have undergone mutations cannot resist, it competes with the pharmacist which as well do similar research in the environment.

There are different objectives that the organization will be aiming at achieving in the health care both coming up with new ideas which are considered useful as well as continuing with the provision of medical services which are standardized lie other organization in the environment. Therefore to ensure, the overall goal of the organization is achieved, there are various activities which the organization must involve in and also perform to meet its overall objectives.

There is need to acquire all the necessary resources at the start of the project implementation for the purpose of purchasing the equipment for carrying out research as well as the medical provision in the society. One of the principal objectives of this project is to come up with the alternatives drugs and ensure the treatment provided to the patients in the healthcare centers are of high quality (Reiser and Dempsey 2011).

Also, the project aims at bringing up appropriate leadership strategies in the healthcare sector. Through creating appropriate leadership strategies the relationship between the clients which in this context are the patients with the health care providers. The result is likely to be achieved through promoting strategic leadership qualities within the organization which will create a sense of the organization while the health care providers deal with the clients at any point in time within the organization.

Since carrying out research is a continuous process the end results are expected to take somehow a longer period. However, some of the objectives of the organizations will be meet after a shorter period, for example, appropriate health care leadership strategy which promotes a healthy relationship between the media practitioners and the health care providers (Slack, Chambers, and Johnston 2010). All other research objectives which are involving mainly the provision of services in the environment and improving the relationship between the organization and its clients are scheduled to take place within the first two years of the organization operation. However, the result which involves carrying research and coming out with appropriate medication for infections which have developed resistance to the environment and drugs used for treating them is likely to take an extended period and may as well be continuous.

The main competitors to the organizations include healthcare providers which provide medical services to people in the environment as well as different pharmacies where drugs are being manufactured. Since the project aims at coming out with a drug which the pathogens which have undergone mutations cannot resist, it competes with the pharmacist which as well do similar research in the environment

The management design of healthcare organization

For efficient operation of activities and people as well as the provision of services to clients and interested researchers in every healthcare organization there is a need for appropriate organizational management design. The design of the medical organization may be grouped in a different perspective, that is, the structure of the organization, the culture of the workers and the entire organization and the ways of managing human resources within the organization. The management design of the proposed healthcare organization is therefore described below.

The structure of the organizational.

The senior executive leadership team forms the highest level of management in the organization. The role of the senior executive leadership team in the organization is to provide overall governance in the organization as well as prioritize the initiative of the healthcare organization in its service delivery process in the environment. That is, the senior executive leadership has overall say on the performance and operations which the firm takes part in the society.

After the senior executive leadership team, there is the content analytical unit/team. The content analytical team has the mandate of ensuring that the clinical content of the proposed health care organization is maintained, supported and developed at the required level of standards through provision analytical feedback in the process.

The guidance team in the organization has the mandate of providing domain oversight of the organization. Similarly while considering the organization structure, there is the clinical implementation team which ensures that output in from different research groups in the organization are refined and assists in the implementation process of the various programs in the group. Lastly under the structure, is the work groups which preside over various clinical programs within the organization for the purpose of improving the clinical content and the analytical Feedbacks (Bryson 2011).

The organizational culture

In the different healthcare environment, there are usually numerous competing variables regarding the culture of the organization. The culture of the organization is based on the needs of the patients, the health care regulators, similar institutions in the sectors and families.

One of the organization cultures is professionalism. The workers are expected to shows appropriate skills while delivering services to the clients as per their qualifications. Professionalism as a culture of the organization ensures that the organization clients serve to the high level of standard they expect.

Accountability is another culture of the organization. Each and every individual working in the organization or taking part in the research carried out within the firm is required to be responsible for everything he/she operates. Accountability culture assists in the proper keeping of records of research performed by different individuals within the organization.

Sharing of ideas similarly forms a culture of the organization. Through the spirit of exchange of ideas, the organization can move forward as most of its new workers will be exposure and gain more knowledge needed in the healthcare sector. That is, exposure is the primary advantage of sharing of ideas as a culture within the organization. Also, through sharing of ideas, the level of invention and innovation of new healthcare requirements are likely to be made as people come together to the firm and correct each other where necessary.

Leadership style

In the organization, the owner of the business and the entire healthcare research center form the overall manager or owner of the company which makes the final decision. Apart from the organization owner, different individuals are head each sector in the firm based on their qualification and professionalism. The senior managers of the firm have the responsibility of organizing the research activities which are taking place within the organization as well as the healthcare services offered to patients (Williams, 1988). The senior executive leadership team is highest management level in the organization to formed and work as the plans of the organization. The role of the senior executive leadership team in the organization is to provide overall governance in the organization as well as prioritize the initiative of the healthcare organization in its service delivery process in the environment

Human resources management

The management of human resources in every organization is performed by the human resource management department which is headed by the human resource manager. Some of the functions or roles conducted by the human resource management sector include recruitment of workers, measuring the performance of each and every person within the organization, provision of clinical governance, ensuring quality in the services provided by the organization and finally monitored how the evidence-based management is taking place within the organization.

In the organization, the human resource management sector is expected to ensure that, the selection and recruitment process in the organization is done in a convincing manner to provide highly qualified and skilled personnel which Cn add value to the growth of the firm. To ensure that all the organization workers are performing their assign duties as required, human resource management has the mandate of recording every individual performance based on the organization overall performance scale.

The research project resources

For efficient functioning and implementation of the research requirements, there are various resources that the project requires. First, financial is one of the essential prerequisites for the process to take place in the most appropriate way. The project needs money for purchasing research materials, the general healthcare equipment’s as well as the medication equipment and drugs for the start of the program. The initial cost of hiring the workers/healthcare professional is another additional financial requirement in the implementation process of the project.

Human resources is another requirement in the project implementation. There is need of hiring healthcare professionals with required qualifications which can steer ahead organization towards achieving its set goals (Reiser and Dempsey 2011).

The physical resources which are required in the project include the buildings such as the laboratory and the nursing homes and hospitals. The laboratories are mainly for doing the research to come out with the relevant medication drugs to infections which the healthcare providers find it hard to treat due to mutation effect they undergo.

The type of natural resources which may be required in the implementation process of the organization consists of the water and natural trees where extraction of some of the chemicals for used in the laboratory can take place.

Monitoring and control of the project

To determine whether the set objectives of the organization regarding services provisions are achieved, surveillance and record taking of the progress and achievement made during the organization operational process. Similarly, monitoring of the activities taking place within the organizations forms an important part of ensuring the objectives of the organization is achieved.

The human resource management sector in the organization duty to perform in regards to record keeping of the performance of every organization worker. To measure the level of achievement of the organizational goal in the environment one of the most considered factors is the feedback provided to the clients regarding the quality of services they receive from the organization.

The human resource management, therefore, forms a critical part of the measuring process of the progress made in the organization. The organization development process can mainly be measured through review of its client’s feedback as well as its competitiveness level with other related institutions where it operates.

The Future vision of the organization

This is an extensive healthcare project in the environment mainly focusing on the provision of services in the health sector. As the organization develops over time through obtaining all the research equipment in its operation the modes of operation and services delivery quality are expected to change. In the next 10 to 20 years to come, the manner of research and operation of the organization is a significant shift that is projected to take place within the organization. As the firm acquires all the healthcare research facilities for research and recruiting all the required healthcare professionals, the quality and speed of services delivery are one of the expected changes as the organization progress. Effective implementation of the healthcare project in the environment is likely to improve the overall research skills that the nursing students needs with taking their career since the project will allow them to develop their research techniques through taking part the organization practical services.

The development process of vision and mission statement of an institution’s in the planning purposes,  are usually considered as the most crucial in the course of ensuring the success of the initiative.
